Standard Installation - Your new modem will be installed to an existing phone jack of your choice. The modem has two phone ports that will allow up to two (2) separate phone lines from Worldline. You may wish to install a cordless phone base station if you require multiple phones throughout your residence. The professional Standard Installation technician will make sure your internet is connected and running on the installation date provided by Worldline.

Standard PLUS Installation (Available in major cities only – some travel restrictions apply) - If all of your phone jacks are live, and you would like this set-up to remain, the installers can connect your new modem to the demarcation point (the point at which the telephone company's network ends and connects with the wiring inside your house). This will enable the continued functioning of your existing phone jacks. Worldline Bundle installation does not include any wiring however, wiring may be performed by our installation partner. Any wiring completed by our partner will be billed directly to you by them.
