Due to this rapid growth we&#8217;re all having trouble keeping up with the demand. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/ErinWagner\">Erin Wagner<\/a><\/strong>, who had the role previously just accepted a sales opportunity with NEWT\u2122, so we need someone to fill her shoes.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s a terrific opportunity, in a great company that is going places fast, so if you&#8217;re got the marketing chops, have we got a job for you&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are looking for a new member for the marketing team.\u00a0 Fibernetics will fill your time with a wide variety of responsibilities so your desire for variety, creativity, and spontaneity in a role will be met.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Knowledge and Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A thorough understanding of the B2B sales cycle from lead generation to sales conversion, preferably in the telecommunications marketplace.<\/li>\n<li>A B2B market analytical skill set to provide insights into current marketing programs and to assist in the development of future projects.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in executing B2B marketing campaigns &#8211; and the production of reports, ongoing metrics, scoring and post-analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with and supporting an outside sales team<\/li>\n<li>Education in Sales and\/or Marketing is considered an asset<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<h2>Desired Skills &amp; Experience<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Personal Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong communication skills both oral and written.<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable with CMS for Hubspot, Salesforce etc.<\/li>\n<li>Enjoys fun on the job<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable in \u00a0client facing role<\/li>\n<li>Collaborative in nature<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div itemprop=\"hiringOrganization\" itemscope=\"\" itemtype=\"http:\/\/schema.org\/Organization\">\n<h2>Company Description<\/h2>\n<p>We are one of Canada&#8217;s fastest growing telecommunications companies and one of Waterloo Region&#8217;s start-up success stories.
