The Role:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Service Delivery Project Coordinator is responsible for working closely with the other members of the Service Delivery \u00a0Team.\u00a0 This role plays a key part\u00a0in ensuring successful installations of our residential customers\u2019 telecommunication services and requires excellent customer service and negotiation skills. \u00a0This role will also be responsible for the proactive identification of missing notifications, due dates, and or missed customer expectations and the rescheduling of confirmed dates where required.<\/p>\n
