It&#8217;s impossible to understate just how dramatic the difference in us from then to now.<\/p>\n<p>Every facet of the business, the level of service, sales and the overall feeling of a shared mission, has put Worldline on a\u00a0great path. One where we are focused on providing the best service from a Canadian telecom to our customers, period.<\/p>\n<p>It all comes from these\u00a0core values that we try to live up to every day:<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><strong>Innovation<\/strong> \u2013 disrupting and challenging the status quo while having an entrepreneurial spirit by taking risks and dreaming big.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><strong>Accountability<\/strong> \u2013 taking responsibility for our own actions while understanding the impact on the organization.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><strong>Just do it and find the solution<\/strong> \u2013 taking initiative with a game plan for solutions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><strong>Trust<\/strong> \u2013 building trust through transparency and open, honest communications.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><strong>Teamwork<\/strong> \u2013 working well with others while respecting values and differences.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><strong>Happiness<\/strong> \u2013 honouring satisfaction and well-being \ud83d\ude42<\/span><\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s a simple formula to transform a company, and it&#8217;s working awesomely.
