He was going to call us and (rightfully) give us a piece of his mind.<\/p>\n<p>But first, he wanted to vent on Facebook, and posted an all-caps screed about how much we suck:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.worldline.ca\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/Greg_screed.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-311\" src=\"http:\/\/www.worldline.ca\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/Greg_screed.png\" alt=\"Greg_screed\" width=\"536\" height=\"188\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.worldline.ca\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/Greg_screed.png 536w, https:\/\/www.worldline.ca\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/Greg_screed-300x105.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 536px) 100vw, 536px\" \/><\/a>And that was on the front page of our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/WorldlineCanada\/\">Facebook<\/a> page. Ouch!<\/p>\n<p>The thing is, as soon as someone posts on our Facebook page, we get an alert. He posted this at 6 a.m. this morning and just a few minutes after that we&#8217;d already alerted our technical help department and they opened up a service ticket. A few minutes after 10 they gave Greg a shout to let him know that they figured out what his problem was, (he had a rare issue with something called &#8220;occupancy&#8221;, which is undetectable during\u00a0installation\u00a0as it occurs so infrequently), and they&#8217;d have it repaired in 24-48 hours. (It actually was fixed early in the afternoon, but who&#8217;s counting?)<\/p>\n<p>The point here is, Greg never had the chance to call us.<\/p>\n<p>We called <em>him<\/em> letting him know that we were aware of <em>his<\/em> problem, and would take care of it as soon as possible. His reaction on Facebook was awesome:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.worldline.ca\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/Greg_CS.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-312\" src=\"http:\/\/www.worldline.ca\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/Greg_CS.png\" alt=\"Greg_CS\" width=\"536\" height=\"526\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.worldline.ca\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/Greg_CS.png 536w, https:\/\/www.worldline.ca\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/Greg_CS-300x294.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 536px) 100vw, 536px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;ve <a href=\"https:\/\/www.worldline.ca\/blog\/what-is-twitter-for\/\">said it before<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0we&#8217;ll keep saying it again: If you are a Worldline customer, you really should follow us on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/WorldlineCanada\/\">Facebook<\/a> &amp; <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/worldlinecanada\">Twitter<\/a> because if you have a problem, we&#8217;ll solve it as fast as we possibly can.<\/p>\n<p>Faster than the speed of phone in fact.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>So, there&#8217;s this new customer Greg, who just signed up for a Worldline\u00a0Home Phone and Internet Bundle five days ago, and basically he&#8217;s not been happy ever since.
