Our Service Delivery team here at Fibernetics, Worldline&#8217;s parent company! This group of individuals work daily with our support crew, solving tech issues left, right and center. Together they have one common goal, to provide Worldline customers the best customer service, period.<\/h1>\n<p>And that goal is concrete in our company mission &#8211; we are always looking to better ourselves in everything, the customer service portion of Fibernetics.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-3159 alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/www.worldline.ca\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/Superhero-Award-Nathaly-Castillo.png\" alt=\"Superhero Award - Nathaly Castillo\" width=\"234\" height=\"229\" \/><\/p>\n<p>In celebration of our hard-working Service Delivery team, we initiated a program called the Service Delivery Superhero Award. We wanted to recognize our employees who have gone above and beyond in assisting you, our Worldline customers, and providing you with the best service possible.<\/p>\n<p>Without further ado, we would like to recognize one of our wonderful colleague who did just that last month.\u00a0\u00a0We would like to introduce you to Nathaly Castillo. Our superhero award winner of October who has been with Fibernetics&#8217; Contact Centre since January, 2012 as a Support and Sales Agent.<\/p>\n<p>Nathaly has been with us since 2012 and has become a key member of the Fibernetics team. The qualities that Nathaly demonstrates on a daily basis has enabled her to progress into a supervisor role. The Service Delivery team has noticed her ability to deal with issues as they come up and her willingness to help out where ever needed. Her teamwork attitude is a positive impact on those around her and the service delivery team. Her dedication, diligence, and \u201ccan do\u201d approach is appreciated by the Service Delivery which assists us in achieving successful installations for our customers.<\/p>\n<p>Congratulations Nathaly on being October\u2019s Service Delivery Superhero! We thank you for all the hard work you&#8217;ve done and your persistence with assisting our Fibernetics customers.
